Silent By Damir Doma
I have some big news to share with you all. June 30th will be Monkey & The Bug’s last day of business. It’s been a great run but I am ready to move on. Between Stel’s and Monkey & The Bug I have been a shop owner for nearly a decade and it’s just time for me to see what else is out there. I am looking forward to things quieting down a bit and getting to enjoy more time with my family. We recently moved from our condo in the city to a house with a yard in the ‘burbs and maybe it’s the Wisconsin in me but I am loving this slower lifestyle. That’s not to say I am done with the fashion industry or that I’ll be a stay at home mama but for now, I am certainly taking a break. I will also still be blogging from time to time and of course, hanging out on twitter, facebook, and instagram. I am both saddened at the life I’m leaving behind and excited by what lies ahead. It is truly the end of an era. Thank you to everyone who has worked with us, supported us, and helped us make this dream a reality. We love you all.
With that said, get ready to party people because we are having a massive going out of business sale starting tomorrow, June 21st. The last day for both instore and online purchases will be June 30th and sizing is limited, so stock up while you can! If you are in the Boston area, we have much more available instore and we are selling many of the furniture and fixtures. You can swing by at 334 Newbury Street, Boston,MA.
